The Leï Suves campground’s history goes back to 1980.
Located in the cork oak forest that gives it its name, the campground was originally a family farm where strawberries were grown.
Patrick inherited this vast, beautiful, wooded site and threw himself into creating the Leï Suves campground in Roquebrune-sur-Argens in 1980. The idea for a campground took root quite naturally. Camping took place at the farm during strawberry harvests and over the years having dedicated pitches for campers, and later having accommodation, became a foregone conclusion.
Today, joined by his wife Catherine and their two children, Maud and Nicolas, Patrick’s focus is on welcoming his guests in this long-standing family-friendly setting. They put all of their energy into the business, are passionate about serving their guests and improve the campground a bit more with every passing year. Today, this 4-star campground in the Var region has an international reputation.
As soon as you arrive at the campground, you’ll enjoy a setting where cork oaks, pines and numerous flower varieties sit side by side. In fact, the Leï Suves campground has won awards for its blooms. Everything has been designed to preserve the existing natural spaces. That is why camping pitches and accommodation options are scattered around the campground. With a choice of shade and sun, your holiday will be relaxing and sociable.
